Plot 28
Granton, Edinburgh
Plot 28 was awarded to BHC Ltd. due to our excellent record on Plot 4, Granton, which was built on-time and on budget.
The project involved the construction of a seven floor residential development with podium level and associated car parking underneath.
There are three buildings involved, two identical buildings (handed) and one U-shaped building.
BHC Ltd. supplied and erected hot rolled steelwork, cold formed purlins, and metal decking along with all necessary safety netting. We also installed the precast stairs and steel stairs.
This project was erected using our own in-house steel erection squads, metal decking squads, mobile cranes and mobile elevated working platforms.
