StruCad 3-D Modeling System
All structural steelwork projects are detailed utilising the StruCad 3-D modeling system which, as well as drawings, generates CNC cam data for direct transfer to our fully-automated production facility.
Fabtrol Management Information System
The material database generated, is transferred to our Fabtrol management information system for material procurement, production material lists and commercial processing. Our technical department has the back-up of Master Series and Fastrack Design Suite for member and connection design.
This results in our clients benefitting from a faster, cost-effective and more accurate technical service.
Estimates for structural steelwork projects are also done in Strucad, which enables us to generate the most accurate tender information for tailoring our bids to match client needs.
Track and Trace
Our investment in comprehensive systems and archival procedures also ensures the complete traceability of materials and components throughout the design, manufacturing and installation process, enabling clients to conform to the most stringent of quality assurance and accountability requirements.
