Metal Buildings Facilitator
We currently have an exciting new position available for an experienced Metal Buildings Detailer. We have developed a new software package to automate the estimating and detailing process. Duties will include the following:
- • Liaising with clients, architects and specifiers
• Inputting requirements into new modelling system
• Producing presentation models
• Issuing quotations
• Following-up sales calls
• On receipt of an order, issuing Bill of Materials and drawings to our MRP system
A good understanding of agricultural and industrial buildings systems and fit-outs is a key requirement for this position.
Project Manager
Advantages: Good track record of project management delivery within the construction industry. Engineering graduate calibre. Excellent appreciation of project organisational constraints. Excellent commercial awareness.
Finance Assistant
Full-time Finance Assistant required to report directly to the Financial Director.
Will be responsible for assisting with all month-end duties, including assisting with management accounts, reconciliations, online HMRC returns, investigate and correct historical data. Knowledge of payroll would be an advantage.
